RTS Financial provides working capital solutions to businesses across multiple industries, primarily trucking and oilfield services. RTS Carrier Services provides fuel and maintenance savings programs for trucking companies. While our family of brands continues to grow, we never forget where we came from and the industry we began serving nearly 35 years ago: trucking. Over time, we’ve developed a suite of services dedicated to helping trucking companies achieve success.
Our History
1986
Bill Ryan founded Ryan Transportation, a freight brokerage that served agriculture and commodity shippers. The company expanded into a family of brands as the needs of our customers grew.
1995
RTS Financial was started to help smaller trucking companies build cash flow and manage back-office tasks like collections, credit checks and invoicing.
2004
We expanded globally with RTS International, providing quick, customized funding solutions to exporters around the world. We now offer financial services to companies across several industries in more than 40 countries.
2011
RTS Carrier Services was started to improve the purchasing power of the smaller trucking companies we were serving. We continue to negotiate discounts at major fuel stations so our customers can save money on their biggest operating expenses.
2013
We launched an exclusive mobile and web application to provide our customers with convenient access to our services.
2016
Shamrock expanded to an office in Nashville, TN.
2017
Trucking software company ProTransport joins the family of brands to offer our customers low-cost, easy-to-use technology to help improve their bottom line and manage operations. Shamrock also expanded to an office in Chicago, IL.
2018
Shamrock expanded to offices in Dallas and Laredo, TX.
2019
Shamrock expanded to an office in Midland, TX.
2020
Shamrock expands headquarters to include a third tower.
2021
Shamrock expanded to an office in Atlanta, GA.
2022
Shamrock expands to offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Phoenix, AZ.
2023
Shamrock expanded to an office in Houston, TX.
